Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) is delighted to announce that our new Graduate Residency Nursing Program is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation – making our Hospital one of five in California and one of 43 in the nation to attain this prestigious accreditation.
We want new nursing graduates to see PVHMC as an employer of choice because of our commitment to continued learning and growing the careers of our nurses. New nursing graduates enrolled in our Graduate Residency Nursing Program, receive classroom instruction that incorporates simulations, case studies, skills lab, debriefing and observational experiences in addition to clinical experiences by well- trained mentors.
Investing in our Associates by supporting their professional growth is part of our commitment to ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes, developing leaders, and creating growth opportunities for our nurses.
