During my nearly 18 years at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC), I consider my colleague my second family. PVHMC provides many opportunities to advance clinically and professionally through our clinical ladder advancement and management promotion. As a member of the PVHMC Mentorship program, I've had the chance to mentor many nurses who have gone and mentored many nurses themselves.

I completed my 4th semester of nursing preceptorship here in DOU2 nineteen years ago. I was impressed with the teamwork and the work environment during my preceptorship. The choice to stay was an easy one. PVHMC is the right career choice for me.
