Area Attractions
Pomona is near the Claremont colleges, 30 miles from the center of Los Angeles and Southern California attractions, with close proximity to beaches, mountains, deserts, sports venues, concert halls, amusement parks, and cultural events, including theater, dance and museums.
Travel/Educational Conferences
Travel support is provided for approved resident recruitment activities/educational conferences and may include:
- Local/national pharmacy conferences such as CSHP and/or ASHP
- Regional pharmacy residency conference such as Western States Conference
Compensation
The annual salary is approximately $65,000 for PGY1 and $68,000 for PGY2 residents.

Resident/Faculty Recruitment
Our residents are integral to the recruitment and selection of each incoming class. Resident participation is also crucial in the interviewing and selection of potential faculty.
