Pediatric Inpatient Care Unit Now Open

The Future Of Pediatric Medicine Is Taking Shape

Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is excited to announce a new, state-of-the-art 15-bed Pediatric Inpatient Care Unit. The new unit features nine fully private rooms to enhance family-centered care, three semi-private rooms to accommodate sibling admissions and full rooming-in for parents/guardians.

Patient rooms are designed to enhance and facilitate a healing environment. Nursing stations are located directly outside the patient room to support an intermediate level of care. A telemedicine program will assist our Pediatricians with consults to Pediatric Sub-specialty providers.
