How can the MYHEALTH Patient Portal benefit me?

MYHEALTH Patient Portal allows health providers - such as the doctors who care for you to share health information with each other, electronically, and in a secure and timely manner. Who is eligible?

Any patient receiving care from one of the participating hospitals or affiliated practices whose patients elect to participate in the MYHEALTH Patient Portal are eligible. If you opted out of participation in the portal during your registration process, you will need to complete an out Revocation Form in order to gain access. Currently, only patients age 18 and older are eligible for access to the MYHEALTH Patient Portal.

Is the MYHEALTH patient portal the same as the one I use for my doctor's office?
