Whether patients are dealing with severe musculoskeletal injuries or simply need a routine sports physical, the staff at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center provide expert, timely, and cost-effective care. At PVHMC, residents, board-certified physicians, and licensed physical therapists work together as a team to evaluate, diagnose, and treat all sports injuries. Athletes receive a personalized treatment plan designed to get them safely back to play.
In 1983, the Sports Medicine Center (SMC) at PVHMC was established. As one of the first hospital-based sports medicine programs in the area, we have consistently set the pace in all aspects of sports therapy, from prevention to rehabilitation of injuries for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Today, our affiliation with Premier Family Medicine and the PVHMC Family Medicine Residency Program expands our services with further medical expertise and innovative programs. Over the years, our success and expertise have made us one of the leading sports medicine centers in the region.
The end goal of our team is to help athletes prevent injury, rehabilitate after injury, improve performance, and reach their maximum potential. We understand the demands that sports can have on the human body, and we aim to minimize the impact so that our patients can continue to do what they love while working towards their full potential. Each of our experts is fully dedicated to getting you back in the game quickly and safely.
